Job Description We are looking for an energetic well-organised Supervisor to join our remarkable team for the long term and ensure the delivery of the most effective cleaning services to external and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for assisting our team members to excel and enjoy their role. Responsibilities Attending our sites and assisting the cleaning team by providing training and hands‑on assistance. Working with the team to ensure the correct use of our cleaning software. Assisting team members to make proper use of their cleaning equipment. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of services are delivered to our clients, complying with work health and safety regulations, expertise with cleaning machinery and products to provide quotations and complete additional works. Qualifications NSW Driver’s License Required. Pleasant and welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a prompt and professional manner. Computer literacy with experience in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft related programs. Confident in problem solving and negotiating. Delivery of five-star customer service and standards. A great ability to work both autonomously and be part of the team. We offer an exceptionally high standard of service and only consider those who have a high attention to detail. Professionalism, reliability, honesty, and a positive attitude is a must. Skills and Experience 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strata industry experience preferred. Extensive experience in the use of cleaning equipment and machinery. A willingness to assist in the maintenance of our cleaning equipment. Experience with Microsoft applications and interest in learning new technology. Clear written and verbal communication. Experience in completing quoted works. Highly organised. Additional information Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm, hours may vary due to business needs. This is a full‑time role, and we require that applicants are either Australian Citizens or have a valid visa and are eligible to work in Australia.
