Leading National Law Firm Complex & High-Profile Disputes The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Litigation team in Norwest. Working closely with respected senior practitioners, you will advise on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including shareholder and corporation disputes, franchising matters, ACL claims, property disputes, and building & construction litigation. This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality litigation matters within a collaborative and supportive team environment. The Role You will: Work on complex commercial litigation and insolvency matters; Advise clients across a range of industries on contentious disputes; Draft pleadings, submissions and court documents; Assist with dispute resolution, mediations and litigation strategy; Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile matters; and Build strong client relationships while developing your technical expertise. About You You will ideally have: 5+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation and/or insolvency; Strong drafting, advocacy and analytical skills; A practical and commercially focused approach; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; and The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
