With a consistent increase in work from some of Australia's largest insurers, our Motor & Property Recoveries team have a brand new opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years' PAE to join their team. Working under the guidance of a supportive Partner, this position will see you taking instructions and providing initial advices, drafting pleadings, liaising with clients, insurers and other lawyers, negotiating outcomes and attending to all stages of the litigation process. About you Ideally, you will have 3+ years working in a law firm and preferably have experience with motor vehicle and property recovery claims.
