About the role Working closely with clients, counsel and experts and be involved in a broad mix of contentious matters, including: Insolvency and restructuring disputes. Class action proceedings. Commercial litigation and shareholder disputes. Regulatory and investigations-related matters. Court proceedings, mediations and negotiated resolutions. Drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence and advice. The ideal candidate Have at least 2-3 years’ PQE . Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
