Key areas of practice will include: Strong experience within QLD residential conveyancing. Commercial experience is welcomed. Experience in NSW, VIC, WA, SA, ACT or NT is a plus. Preparing settlement calculations. Liaising with agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, banks and other financial institutions. Uphold legal compliance including stamp duty, registration fees. PEXA.
