An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a well‑established contractor delivering high‑end commercial fitout and complex refurbishment projects across hospitality, licensed venues, and community facilities throughout Sydney and NSW. You will deliver projects up to $20M within a business that has a strong pipeline of repeat work and is continuing to grow its presence in the region. Role Day-to-day management of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across hospitality venues, clubs, and community-focused developments valued up to $40M. Supervising and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high-quality finish. Driving programme, sequencing, and site logistics on complex, live, and staged environments. Working closely with Project Managers, consultants, and clients to deliver projects with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption to operations. Managing site compliance, WHS, QA, and all regulatory requirements in line with company systems. Monitoring progress, variations, and costs, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines. Supporting junior staff on-site and contributing to a positive team culture and ongoing business growth. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager / Supervisor delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects, ideally within hospitality, clubs, or complex live environments. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery.
