Your Responsibilities Lead the whole-school approach to reading aligned with the Queensland Reading Position Statement and evidence-informed, explicit teaching practices Collaboratively develop, embed, and quality-assure the three levels of planning and assessment across the school Build staff capability through coaching, mentoring and professional learning aligned to school priorities Support consistent, inclusive and socially just practices that promote belonging and engagement for every student Lead and chair meetings relevant to curriculum, teaching improvement and school priorities Work in partnership with staff, students and the wider community to strengthen teaching, learning and wellbeing outcomes Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
