As our newest Field Sales Representative , you’ll play a key role in driving growth across ResourceCo’s Soil Reuse & Recycling business. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role where you’ll build strong customer partnerships, secure new business opportunities and contribute to delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that make a real impact. Responsibilities Identifying and generating new business opportunities through active field engagement, networking and industry presence. Engaging directly with construction sites, infrastructure projects and industry contacts to identify potential material movements and recycling opportunities. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with your assigned customer base to assist in the development of potential new business. Ensuring all available fixed material import or export solutions are captured and shared appropriately. Effectively managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the most effective financial outcomes are achieved. Demonstrated ability to repeatedly achieve sales targets as per budgeted expectations. About you We are searching for a highly experienced and talented salesperson with strong commercial acumen and a self‑starting nature. Strong relationship management and new business development experience within the recycling & waste and/or civil construction materials industries is required. The role and environment will require highly energetic, driven ‘hunters’ who are able to think on their feet and keep their finger on the pulse to deliver quality outcomes for customers.
