About The Opportunity UGL is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to support a major LNG Turnaround at Wheatstone. This is a 4‑month contract on a 2:2 roster. (12 hour days) Commencing June 2026, you will be responsible for providing critical support during the execution phases of a major LNG turnaround. This role is ideally suited to a supervisor with strong LNG / TAR experience, a solid understanding of E&I Planning and JDE (desirable), and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, high‑compliance environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will drive execution, lead frontline teams, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of Electrical & Instrumentation works. Key Responsibilities Supervise and Lead: Directly manage and lead a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks. Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for Electrical activities, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize project timelines. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines. Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and collaborate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of HV activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and any required project documentation.
