We're hiring our first BD specialist to work alongside the founder and lead growth across Swipe Health and Rumi - in Australia and into our growing US and European markets. Swipe Health runs targeted scientific exchange campaigns for pharma — delivered across 40+ countries, with millions of engagements, on a commercial model that rewards real engagement rather than reach. Rumi takes the friction out of advisory boards and other stakeholder activities, with hundreds run to date. Our customers are pharmaceutical medical affairs and commercial teams who want their engagement to actually mean something. Where we are today: Established commercial traction across the Australian and European pharma industries A growing footprint in the US An existing customer base across pharma medical affairs and commercial teams Real product momentum on both businesses, with exciting announcements coming up This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves role. You'll be running at it from day one - outreach, pitches, follow‑ups, deals, at pace. The difference is you won't be running at it from cold. You'd come in with real brand credibility, existing customer relationships across the Australian pharma industry, and direct founder support behind you. Your job is to take all of that and turn it into the next phase of growth across both businesses. What you'd own: New business across Swipe Health and Rumi Strategic partnerships with Australian and international pharma organisations Growing existing accounts - most are using one product, not both, so there's real room to expand Working directly with the founder on commercial strategy What we're looking for: 3+ years in pharma commercial roles — some mix of pharma (commercial or medical), agency, and/or pharma tech / SaaS Solid understanding of pharma medical affairs and commercial decision‑making A track record of proactive, relationship‑led commercial work that has produced real revenue Energised by outreach, pitching, and chasing deals at pace Excited by joining a small, founder‑led business at the point where it's stepping up Sydney based, with flexibility for the right person.
