We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive CRM Coordinator to join our fast‑paced e‑commerce team. Reporting directly to the CRM & Loyalty Manager, this role is perfect for someone with a data‑driven mindset and a love for all things fashion. With the recent launch of our brand‑new loyalty program, PM Priority, this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we evolve customer experience, loyalty and retention across the brand. You’ll help deliver personalised, high‑impact CRM campaigns that connect with our customers and fuel their obsession with Peppermayo. Role Description Assist in the planning and execution of daily email, SMS and push notification campaigns. Support the growth of PM Priority, helping to build out loyalty touchpoints, comms and strategies that drive engagement. Monitor CRM activity across the fashion e‑comm landscape and report on key trends, insights and competitor behaviour. Pull performance data and create clear, actionable CRM reports to share with the wider team. Build, maintain and optimise automated customer journeys that enhance engagement, retention and loyalty program progression. Champion a ‘test and learn’ mindset — always looking for ways to improve, experiment and refine. Collaborate with the CRM & Loyalty Manager to develop tailored, customer‑centric content that keeps our audience coming back. About You 1–2 years experience in a CRM, digital marketing or e‑commerce role (fashion experience is a bonus). Strong understanding of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Emarsys or Salesforce (Klaviyo experience preferred but not essential). Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to draw insights and make recommendations. A passion for storytelling through personalised, customer‑first content. Super organised, self‑motivated and a team player with sharp attention to detail. Obsessed with the customer journey — always ready to advocate for the customer and elevate their experience.
