Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, this Clinical Manager opportunity offers both strategic influence and operational leadership within a progressive residential aged care organisation. As the Clinical Manager at NoosaCare Carramar, you will play a pivotal role in leading clinical operations and driving excellence in care delivery within our residential aged care facility in Tewantin, Queensland (175 beds). This full-time position will see you lead and support a dedicated multidisciplinary team, champion continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the broader strategic direction of the organisation. What you'll be doing Providing strategic and operational leadership to the clinical team Overseeing the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care in line with legislative, regulatory and accreditation requirements Driving clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management initiatives Leading workforce planning, team development and performance support within the clinical workforce Fostering a positive culture focused on accountability, collaboration, engagement and continuous learning Supporting strong relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and key stakeholders Contributing to organisational planning and broader leadership initiatives as a member of the Executive Leadership Team What we're looking for Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior clinical leadership role within residential aged care Strong understanding of aged care legislation, clinical governance and accreditation standards Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and critical thinking capability Passion for delivering exceptional person‑centred care to older Australians A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement and positive workplace culture What we offer At NoosaCare, we are committed to creating a supportive, values‑driven and rewarding workplace where our people can thrive.
