As the business continues to scale, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to partner with senior stakeholders and drive sophisticated marketing strategies across key enterprise accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, strategic marketer to lead high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across some of ANZ’s most important enterprise customers. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise sales motions, sophisticated buying group strategies and high-value account programs within a fast-paced SaaS environment. Design and execute strategic ABM programs across key enterprise accounts to drive pipeline growth, opportunity acceleration and customer engagement Partner closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing and regional stakeholders to align go-to-market plans with account priorities Deliver personalised, multi-channel campaigns supporting new business acquisition, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across enterprise buying groups Execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital, webinars, executive engagement programmes, customer events and strategic roundtables Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop highly targeted campaign content, messaging and assets Monitor campaign performance, optimise programmes and report on key business metrics and commercial outcomes Lead ongoing planning and stakeholder engagement sessions to maintain alignment on strategy, priorities and objectives Skills & Experience Required You are a commercially minded B2B marketer with experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams and delivering sophisticated, data-driven marketing programmes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy influencing strategic outcomes and understand how strong marketing drives enterprise growth. You will bring: Experience in ABM, Field Marketing or Integrated Marketing within enterprise SaaS, cloud or technology environments Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience partnering closely with Sales teams to influence pipeline and account outcomes Proven success delivering integrated, data-driven campaigns with measurable commercial impact Hands‑on experience across digital marketing, webinars, executive engagement, events and demand generation programmes Exposure to SaaS, AI, cloud, workflow automation or enterprise technology environments is highly regarded Strong stakeholder management, analytical and project delivery skills Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes and customer narratives Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI or similar platforms Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
