About the role We’re looking for an experienced EHS Advisor to support our operations across Australia. This is a hands‑on role working alongside site teams to improve safety and environmental outcomes. The role includes occasional travel to malting sites across Australia and reports to the HR Director. Provide practical day‑to‑day EHS support to site leaders and teams, including risk identification and control implementation Lead or support safety and environmental incident investigations and corrective actions Manage workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work processes Maintain and apply EHS systems and standards across sites Conduct inspections and audits, including leading ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal audits and supporting external audits Monitor performance, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement across safety, environmental and compliance outcomes About your experience Experience in an EHS Advisor (or similar) role, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments Good working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, including audits Strong understanding of WHS and environmental legislation Ability to engage and influence frontline leaders Practical, hands‑on approach Tertiary qualifications in EHS are preferred, but relevant experience will be considered Please note: successful applicants will be required to complete pre‑employment checks, including medical and police clearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
