ROLE IN A NUTSHELL As the Concession Manager of our Elka Collective Bondi Junction store, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team in delivering a premium shopping experience that reflects the brand’s modern, minimalist aesthetic. You’ll be responsible for driving store performance, building strong customer relationships, managing daily operations, and maintaining the visual integrity of the space. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader with a love for contemporary fashion and a focus on creating exceptional in‑store experiences.
