About the Role As a Senior Accountant within the Business Advisory team, you will work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services across a varied client portfolio. This role offers exposure to a broad range of clients and technical work, along with genuine opportunities for career progression and development. You will also have the opportunity to build your advisory capability beyond compliance-focused work and become a trusted advisor to clients. Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns and supporting work papers Delivery of accounting, taxation and business advisory services Supporting and mentoring junior team members Building and maintaining strong client relationships Assisting with workflow management, billing and WIP Identifying opportunities to provide additional advisory services Contributing to process improvements and internal initiatives About You You will ideally bring: CA or CPA qualification (completed or near completion) 3+ years’ experience within public practice Strong knowledge of Australian accounting and tax standards Experience with Xero or similar systems Strong communication and client-facing skills A proactive, team-oriented mindset A genuine desire to develop and progress your career Why This Opportunity?
