Role Description We are seeking a skilled Meat Butcher/Meat Sales Person for a full-time, on-site role based in Swan Hill, VIC. The role involves cutting, preparing, and packaging meats, including beef, lamb, poultry, and seafood, to meet customer specifications. Daily tasks include maintaining high standards of meat processing, advising customers on product choices, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food safety standards and workplace health policies are followed. Qualifications Experience and skills in butchery, meat processing, and handling a variety of meat products including poultry and seafood. Strong customer service skills to assist and advise customers on product selection and preparation. Knowledge of food safety standards and workplace health and safety practices. Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and quality control in a fast-paced environment.
