This role is pivotal in overseeing the execution phase of a large-scale manufacturing facility construction. Location: On-site in Erskine Park (5 days/week, with optional weekend work) Key Responsibilities Construction Oversight - Manage all aspects of the project's execution phase, including SMP & E&I installation SIMOPS & Schedule Compliance - Ensure safe and efficient simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) while keeping the project on track Team Leadership - Lead a multi-discipline team of 10 direct reports and up to 200 contractors per shift Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of construction experience in heavy industry (e.g., metal processing, manufacturing, infrastructure) Strong project management and risk mitigation skills - ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities White Card & BSL Inductions required If this sounds like your next challenge, click 'Apply Now' to submit your resume.
