WHAT YOU'LL DO This is a multifaceted role with many areas for you to own, specialise in, or - if you're up for the challenge - build and lead a team around. Serve as the face of LawY for a portfolio of law firms and/or in‑house legal teams within your specialty, owning relationships from foundation, sale, onboarding, through adoption, expansion and renewal. Design, refine and operationalise LawY’s customer engagement framework for scale – your input and execution will shape our next big steps. Drive sustained product adoption through structured training programmes, tailored success plans and proactive engagement to optimise usage. Be a trusted strategic advisor to the clients in your portfolio, aligning LawY to their goals, uncovering new use cases and helping them redefine how legal work gets done in the AI age. Track customer health metrics to proactively identify churn risks and strengthen retention. Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to turn client feedback into actionable insights that inform our roadmap, messaging and go‑to‑market strategy. WHAT YOU BRING You’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in Law and 5+ years of experience in Litigation & Disputes Law with knowledge of or enthusiasm for legal tech, legal AI and helping lawyers reinvent traditional methods of practice. Self‑starter: manage complex, ambiguous projects in a fast‑paced environment. A genuine interest or disposition for business development – you’re a natural presenter and are energised being in the room. Commerciality: High EQ and commercial instinct, meaning you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act. You are comfortable with metrics – driven by data, customer health and outcomes over process. Experience with effectively and safely using AI in legal practice would be a big plus.
