Safety and Wellbeing Advisor 6 Month Parental Leave Contract Join Resthaven’s People & Culture team in a hands-on Safety and Wellbeing Advisor role supporting a positive safety culture across our aged care and community services operations. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will provide practical WHS advice, support workplace investigations, assist with audits and compliance activities, and contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives that support our people. This is a great opportunity for a WHS professional who enjoys building relationships, working collaboratively and making a genuine impact in a people focused organisation. About You You will bring: Experience in Work Health & Safety, injury management or a related field Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to coach and support leaders in managing WHS matters Experience investigating incidents and identifying practical safety improvements A collaborative and proactive approach to work Certificate IV or tertiary qualifications in WHS (or equivalent experience) will be highly regarded.
