We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Personal Consultant to join a high-performing consumer sales team based in Melbourne. This role is ideal for confident sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy building long-term customer relationships. This is an outbound sales role where you will engage with warm leads and existing customers, understand their needs, and close high-value sales over the phone. Proactively identify and close sales opportunities via outbound calls Engage with new enquiries and past customers to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions Deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience from initial contact to confirmed booking Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and rapport building Maintain accurate records and follow up on all leads and bookings within CRM systems Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and conversion targets Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth sales and booking processes Stay updated on products, offerings, policies, and promotions Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives Adhere to schedules, processes, and service standards Minimum 2 years of sales and premium customer service experience Strong telephone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy Ability to multitask in a high-energy, quota-driven environment Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools Additional language skills are an advantage but not mandatory What’s On Offer Uncapped commission structure based on performance Opportunity to grow within a high-performance sales environment Supportive team culture with training and development opportunities Hybrid work option available after successful completion of probation Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability Rotational shifts between 9:00am – 5:00pm or 10:00am – 6:00pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
