Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Market Expansion: Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities across all B2B markets, specifically targeting Corporate, Logistics, Mining, Leasing, and Insurance sectors. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Customer Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales management team to formulate effective sales strategies, set achievable targets and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our car rental services, vehicle fleet and pricing structure to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, prepare contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sale activities, track performance metrics via SFA CRM tool. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing and Revenue Capacity Management to support the overall growth and success of the business. To be considered, you should possess: Previous sales or Business Development Manager experience is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A full and current Australian driver’s licence Knowledge of CRM systems.
