Consumer Business Insights & Analytical Lead As Consumer Business Insights & Analytics Lead for the APAC OTC Category, you will drive the impact of combined insights and analytics capabilities to accelerate business performance for brands including Panadol, Advil, and Voltaren. About the role Sitting within the APAC CBIA team and reporting directly to the Head of APAC CBIA, you will lead a small team (one) delivering impactful insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions across the organisation. Key responsibilities Determine insight needs and research priorities for the APAC OTC Category in collaboration with the APAC Category Head. Own the creation and delivery of the APAC OTC Category insight services (innovation development, connections development, white space identification, brand and activity performance & understanding). Lead identification of future growth opportunities through landscape and trend analysis across categories and leverage traditional and digital analytics. Inspire and steer product & commercial innovation. Use I&A to craft growth‑driving insights and recommendations for the APAC Category Leadership Team and CBIA Leadership Team. Contribute to CBIA Leadership Team and help establish industry‑leading thinking as a senior leader. About You Significant proven experience in business insights and analytics within OTC/consumer goods. Extensive experience applying insights & analytics for growth in a commercial environment. Strong track record partnering with commercial/functional teams to achieve business objectives. Experience driving innovation development and evaluation based on deep consumer, shopper, and expert insights. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes within a matrix organisation. Leadership experience in building and developing high‑performing teams. Exposure to the APAC region (beyond ANZ) is highly valued. Preferred Qualifications Track record of transforming capabilities and embedding world‑class practices in an insights function. Ability to enable and drive change – resilience and tenacity. Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
