Job Overview The Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse will provide and document clinical call center services for patients, provide education and support on the product and self-injection technique, and act as liaison between healthcare providers, patients and patient care advocates. Keller Road, Maitland, FL 32751 Work from home: Available after 120 days upon meeting goals and quotas, at manager discretion. Visit our Website: Responsibilities Provide education on the product and self-administration technique per call scripts and manufacturer guardrails. Receive inbound phone calls and make outbound calls to patients. Support patients through injection training and set proper expectations of treatment. Provide education and training to healthcare providers as designated. Document all inbound and outbound calls and other activities within the program database. Perform other tasks as necessary. Qualifications Education required: Registered Nurse (BSN or RN); valid nursing license in Florida. Education preferred: BSN. Years of experience required: 2 years nursing experience combined with at least 3 years other clinical experience. Specific experience required: Computer literacy and good keyboard skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word products a plus. Benefits Competitive pay structure. Matching 401(k) with immediate vesting.
