Our Superannuation & TPD practice continues to grow, and we are seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join the team, based in either Melbourne CBD or Sunshine. You will work across superannuation, life insurance and TPD matters, supporting clients through claims and disputes with funds and insurers. Key Responsibilities Advise and represent clients in end‑to‑end superannuation‑related insurance claims, including Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) claims, income protection, terminal illness and death benefit claims (with supervision appropriate to your level) Take instructions and provide clear, empathetic advice to clients Review and interpret policy documents, trust deeds and insurance contracts Draft high‑quality correspondence, submissions and legal documents Liaise with super funds, insurers, medical professionals, barristers, defendant solicitors, courts and dispute resolution bodies Progress matters strategically through dispute resolution and litigation pathways Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings Contribute to team knowledge‑sharing and continuous improvement Skills & Experience Admitted solicitor (or eligible for admission) Experience in superannuation, insurance or TPD matters highly desirable (or strong PI experience with demonstrated interest in this practice area) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills Able to work independently and collaboratively within a positive and supportive team culture Tech savvy, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities Willingness to take initiative and contribute to improving systems and processes Benefits Join a purpose‑driven plaintiff firm offering meaningful work, strong support systems and flexibility across Melbourne CBD and Sunshine locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
