Business Development Manager - Industrial Sales About the Role Epson is looking for a BDM to achieve sales and margin objectives through the sales of products within the industrial sales portfolio. Manage day-to-day sales activity and develop a channel to provide the best outcome for the company. Key Responsibilities Sell and promote Epson’s industrial label presses to the narrow web label, commercial print, and manufacturing markets. Develop long‑term sales pipeline to increase market share in specialised areas. Serve as the expert in extremely complex deals regarding products, services, and configurations. Actively participate in sales events, sales meetings, international and national exhibitions, and conferences. Be alert for cross-vertical sales opportunities/leads. Perform sales and product demonstrations to end-users. Work with customers to help them build effective strategies and drive incremental revenue growth with them. Resolve any issues concerning the day-to-day management of end users. Assist with promotional activities, trade shows, road shows, etc. Achieve new business in set vertical markets. Keep accurate records of each account's business profile and monitor the performance of each account. Maintain a database of new and current prospects and large sales opportunities. About You 3‑5 years of Printing & Graphic Arts (label & textile) industry experience preferred 3‑5 years business development management experience 2 years of account management experience in business services industry preferred Excellent presentation skills Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills Financial/accounting knowledge preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to consult proactively with clients to enhance their policy and services offered #J-18808-Ljbffr
