The opportunity In this newly created position, the Senior Maintenance Supervisor, plays a critical hands-on leadership role in supporting the effective operation, maintenance, presentation, and compliance of all property assets, plant, equipment, and facilities across the property. Working closely alongside the Maintenance team, the role leads both preventative and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high operational standard that enhances the guest experience and supports overall business performance. The position has been created to strengthen frontline operational support, improve maintenance delivery outcomes, and provide strong on-the-ground leadership across the property. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday with occasional weekend days.
