This role is responsible for the leadership and management of all procurement and subcontract functions, including but not limited to: Lead procurement and subcontract activities from tender through to execution and close out, ensuring Civmec’s commercial and contractual interests are protected. Prepare and manage RFT / RFQ documentation, evaluation of submissions, commercial recommendations and risk assessments. Drive commercial negotiations and coordinate technical and legal input to achieve the best cost, risk and value outcome for the business. Administer subcontracts post award including progress claims, variations, performance management, disputes and close out. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, manage and communicate commercial risks and maintain accurate procurement and contract records. #J-18808-Ljbffr
