You will work across: People and conduct related matters involving staff and students. Regulatory and compliance advice within a highly regulated environment. Dispute resolution, including litigation, mediation, arbitration and tribunal matters. Requests for information, including privacy, subpoenas and GIPA-related matters. Commercial contracts supporting education, collaboration and offshore initiatives. Legal operations, triage, reporting and practice management improvements. The ideal candidate Have at least 15+ years’ post-admission experience . Strong in-house, regulatory, employment, disputes or higher education legal experience. Confident advising senior stakeholders in a complex organisation. Strong judgement, drafting, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to balance legal risk with practical, commercial outcomes.
