What You’ll Do During a two-year graduate program, you will rotate through four organisations — an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), a National Service Provider (NSP), a Developer, and AEMO — gaining experience across the full spectrum of grid connection engineering. You will participate in a central training program and undertake different on-the-job learning experiences in each rotation.
