Position Overview Employment Type: Fixed term, part time – Parental leave cover. Hours: 32 hours per week, rotating roster. Salary: hourly base rate $42.54–$52.82, based on experience. Location: Special Care Nursery, Werribee Mercy Hospital. Responsibilities Provide high quality flexible care to infants and their families. Qualifications (What you’ll bring) Registered Nurse or Midwife (Registration with AHPRA). Strong commitment to delivery of high quality family‑centred care. Highly developed interpersonal skills. Recent experience caring for sick or premature neonates. Post‑graduate qualification in Special Care Nursery / Neonatal Intensive Care desirable. Resilient, compassionate, heart‑felt, and patient‑centred care orientation. Additional Requirements Police Record Check – organised by Mercy Health. Working with Children Check. Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
