Site Supervisor – Residential Construction | Western Region | $130K – $150K + Super + Vehicle + KPI Bonus Our client is a well-established residential builder experiencing significant growth due to a strong influx of new projects across Brisbane’s western corridor. As a result, they are seeking to appoint x2 experienced Site Supervisors to join their team. This role will see you managing a portfolio of approximately 10–18 homes across a mix of volume ("cookie cutter") builds and some custom residential projects throughout Logan, Redbank Plains, and Ipswich. About The Role Manage and oversee residential construction projects from site start through to handover Coordinate trades, suppliers, and scheduling to ensure builds are completed on time and to quality standards Conduct regular site inspections and maintain WHS compliance Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients throughout the construction process Utilise Onsite Companion for construction management and reporting What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor within a volume building environment Ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously Strong organisational and communication skills QBCC Site Supervisor Licence essential Experience using Onsite Companion highly regarded Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused approach What’s on Offer Salary package between $130K – $150K + Super Company vehicle included KPI bonus scheme Strong pipeline of ongoing work Supportive team environment with established systems and processes Immediate opportunity to join a busy and growing builder If you’re an experienced residential supervisor looking for a stable opportunity with strong project flow and supportive management, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
