Options to nominate preferred rotation areas Flexible rostering Specialty‑specific competency books Dedicated multi‑day Orientation Program Allocated Preceptors for each Graduate Supernumerary shifts at the commencement of each rotation No on‑call for the duration of the Graduate Year No night duty shifts for the first 3 months of the Graduate Program Work across a range of clinical areas in supportive environments recognised as centres of excellence Not allocated to work with students for the first 6 months of the Graduate Program 3 paid study days over the 12‑month program, included in your FTE Monthly debrief meetings with Graduate Support Team Regular shoulder‑to‑shoulder support on shift Graduation ceremony upon successful completion of the Graduate Program Who We Are Looking For Recent graduates with a Bachelor of Nursing and Registered with AHPRA.
