The Role We’re looking for a Senior Manager who is genuinely hands-on with paid media platforms and enjoys being close to performance. You’ll lead the APAC Paid Media function, but you’ll also be actively involved in campaign strategy, pacing, optimisation, and problem-solving on live accounts. If you enjoy building strategies and executing them, reviewing performance in-platform, and being accountable for results, this role will suit you. If you’re looking for a role that is purely people management or high-level oversight, it won’t. This is not a desk-only management role. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the APAC Paid Media team across Search, Social, and Programmatic, setting standards for delivery quality, pacing, and optimisation. Personally plan, launch, optimise, and troubleshoot campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360, and emerging platforms. Own daily and weekly pacing, ensuring spend efficiency, conversion targets, and ROI are consistently met. Stay close to accounts, reviewing performance in platform and making hands-on optimisations where needed. Translate data into clear insights and performance narratives for clients and internal stakeholders. Partner closely with Account Managers to align paid media strategy with broader commercial and enrolment objectives. Coach and upskill Paid Media Executives through hands-on guidance, reviews, and practical feedback. Manage and optimise your own portfolio of key campaigns alongside leading the wider team. What You’ll Need Proven experience in performance marketing within an agency environment. Experience leading teams, while remaining actively hands-on with platforms. Strong paid search expertise, with working knowledge of paid social, programmatic, and data platforms. Solid understanding of tracking, analytics, and attribution, including GTM and GA4 Confidence operating in platform, diagnosing performance issues, and making optimisation decisions yourself. Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain performance and strategy to clients and internal teams.
