Job Description This permanent, full‑time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location Caringbah South NSW 2229 Working Hours Split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30am - 9:00am + 2:20pm - 6:30pm + 4.5 hours admin. The Role – Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact! As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you’ll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. Key Responsibilities Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community. Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Lead and roster a passionate team of educators. Manage service compliance and medical documentation. The Successful Candidate Natural leader with a passion for teaching children. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is still a big kid at heart. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic and loves to have fun. Completed mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko before commencing employment. Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
