Supervisor (Road Train Bulk Haulage) We are currently looking to expand our team with a positive, driven and experienced Kalgoorlie Residential Supervisor on an 8/6 Roster. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience or someone with Leading Hand experience looking for a step up into a management role with opportunities for growth in an established local owned Kalgoorlie business. The Role In this role you will work directly with the Saltbush leadership team supervising the day‑to‑day requirements of our new project. Projects Road Transport & Bulk Haulage across Western Australia. Earthmoving (Road & Dam Construction – Civil Earthworks) Crushing and Screening Equipment Road Train Side Tipper Haulage Excavators including Rock breakers Graders Loaders Rigid & Road Train Water Carts Skills, Attributes and Experience Solid experience in supervisory roles in transport haulage. Ability to provide strong direction & mentorship and coordinate with the project team, subcontractors and client representatives. Oversee site activities associated with efficient use of plant, equipment, labour and materials. Possess a positive and proactive approach to HSE and instill the values of these within the company. Well‑developed computer skills: roster management, spreadsheets, input of daily dockets and info, general correspondence.
