Role Overview Finder is looking for a CRM Specialist to be the technical engine behind our lifecycle programs. Your mission is to translate high-level strategy into high-performing execution within Braze, building sophisticated automated journeys, managing complex data triggers and ensuring every message reaches the right user at the right time. Main Responsibilities Own the Braze environment: primary operator for Canvas, Segments and Catalysts. Build and maintain journeys across email, SMS, push and in‑app messaging. Interpret, respond to, and act on operational requests and BAU CRM requirements. Build, test and optimise responsive email templates using HTML/CSS. Ensure 100% accuracy in all deployments through rigorous testing and peer review. Collaborate with creative teams to build eDM creative. Support copywriting and email content requirements with editorial and publishing teams. Proactively problem‑solve to go to market swiftly while maintaining brand identity and tone of voice. Set up and monitor structured A/B experiments on subject lines, creative and send times. Leverage Liquid logic and Connected Content to deliver highly relevant, dynamic user experiences. Work with data and engineering teams to ensure data triggers fire correctly and user attributes sync as expected. Monitor campaign health and report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR and conversion. Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and deliverability issues. Build complex audience segments based on behavioural data to drive targeted re‑engagement. Support the Head of CRM in BAU operations, providing POC build and technical feasibility feedback on proposed strategies. Partner with Creative, Product and Data teams to source assets and refine triggers. Maintain clear records of logic, naming conventions and workflow processes. Essential Requirements Hands‑on Braze expertise: deep experience building in Braze (Canvas, Liquid, API triggers). Technical proficiency: comfortable with HTML/CSS for email and understanding of JSON/API structures. Lifecycle focus: proven experience in a CRM or Marketing Ops role within a digital consumer business. Detail‑oriented: a "measure twice, cut once" mentality with zero tolerance for broken links or typos. Agility: ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment, taking ownership and accountability of your role.
