Business Consultant - Data Governance SaaS Business Consultant – Onboarding & Delivery Role can be based in Sydney (AU HQ), Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra or Remote. About the Role We are seeking a Business Consultant to support customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing solution delivery for a growing SaaS organisation. This role combines consulting, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and solution design, helping customers achieve value from enterprise software platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead customer onboarding activities from project initiation through to successful adoption. Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and define governance and operational frameworks. Configure and deploy platform capabilities, integrations, and connectors. Produce implementation documentation, progress updates, and delivery artefacts. Translate customer requirements into scalable business solutions and configuration recommendations. Support post-implementation enhancement projects and ongoing customer initiatives. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes. Provide guidance to customers on best-practice information management, governance, and compliance processes. About You 3+ years' experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, or technology delivery. Experience working with information governance, records management, compliance, or enterprise content management solutions. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical solutions. Exposure to integrations, metadata configuration, connectors, or enterprise software platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. Highly Regarded Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, or similar enterprise platforms. Experience delivering solutions within regulated industries such as financial services, government, or critical infrastructure. Relevant qualifications in Information Management, Business Systems, Records Management, or a related field.
