We’re looking for an Engagement Lead to own the full arc of our most complex client engagements. From the first discovery conversation through to a solution that’s live, adopted, and delivering value. This is a senior delivery role at the intersection of consulting, systems thinking, and stakeholder management. You’ll lead engagements end-to‑end, working closely with clients to understand what they’re actually trying to solve, shaping how we approach it, and coordinating the people and work that gets it delivered. You’ll partner with our builders and Solutions Consultants to make sure what gets built is the right thing, scoped well, and lands properly. This role is well‑suited for someone who has run complex projects before and knows that the hard part is rarely the build itself — it’s the clarity of thinking that precedes it, and the alignment that sustains it. What You'll Do Lead enterprise engagements end-to‑end , serving as the primary client contact from kickoff through to deployment and adoption. Run discovery sessions that surface real requirements. Translating complex business processes into user stories, solution designs, and phased delivery roadmaps Facilitate discovery sessions and design sprints that get to what clients actually need, not just what they ask for Manage backlogs and work streams across concurrent engagements , keeping scope, timelines, and quality on track as things shift Partner with Solutions Consultants and builders to ensure solutions are well‑designed, coherently scoped, and delivered to a high standard Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels, including senior and executive contacts on the client side Identify risks and dependencies early , and keep projects on track as things shift What You'll Bring You’ll be a fantastic fit for the Engagement Lead role if you have: 5+ years of experience in consulting, engagement management, program delivery, or a related client‑facing role. Ideally at a consultancy or in a complex enterprise environment A track record of owning client engagements end‑to‑end, with accountability for scope, timelines, and outcomes Strong Airtable proficiency, the kind of knowledge that only comes from real builds. You don’t need to be the most technical person in the room, but you need to know enough to lead engagements.
