About the Role Work directly with experienced lawyers across a range of wills, estates and family law matters; Draft wills, court documents and affidavits, and correspond with legal professionals; Attend Court with senior practitioners in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA); Communicate with clients; Conduct legal research and provide general administrative support. About You A current practising certificate (or entitled to obtain one); Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel; Strong research, analytical and drafting skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; A high level of attention to detail and a conscientious approach to your work.
