What You’ll Be Doing: As Commercial Finance Manager for Acratex, this role is a strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team, owning the full P&L and shaping commercial decision making across a complex, multi-channel business. You will drive sustainable growth by delivering insightful analysis, guiding strategy, and challenging assumptions, while empowering leaders to run the business as if it were their own. With a strong people focus, this role also plays a key part in building finance capability, improving processes, and fostering a high performance, continuous improvement culture within Dulux Paints and Coatings.
