Overview Service Delivery Lead – NDIS Disability Services We are partnering with a respected NDIS disability services provider in Perth to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Lead. This is a senior leadership role overseeing Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community-based services, with responsibility for clinical governance, operational leadership, team development, and NDIS compliance. You will play a key role in driving service quality, strengthening teams, and ensuring positive participant outcomes across multiple services. Key Responsibilities Lead SIL and community service delivery across multiple sites Oversee clinical governance including care planning, risk, and incident management Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams Drive continuous improvement and service quality initiatives Monitor performance and implement operational improvements About You Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse) 4+ years of leadership experience in community or disability services Leadership experience in disability, community, or aged care services Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL frameworks Experience in clinical governance, quality, and compliance Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Current NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid & CPR certification Valid Australian Driver’s Licence Highly Regarded Experience managing multiple SIL homes or service portfolios Strong operational improvement background Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams Tertiary qualification in Nursing or related field Why Join Us?
