Practice Group Summary Sustainability services help companies solve corporate challenges around regulatory resilience, climate transition planning, and digital transformation in the context of rapidly changing and evolving investor and stakeholder ESG expectations and regulations. Key Responsibilities Remain up to date on evolving ESG regulatory and investor expectations, with awareness of developments across Australia, the US, and the EU, and how these influence corporate ESG strategy and disclosure. Manage ESG gap analyses, recommendations, and strategic action plans aligned with market and client priorities, while leading stakeholder engagement interviews and the end‑to‑end development of annual sustainability and ESG reports Work with clients to implement sustainability and ESG initiatives in alignment with their strategic action plans. Contribute to firm development as a strategic ESG advisor by supporting various firm business development, communication, and thought leadership activities. Develop and refine business development materials, contribute to thought leadership, and own BD campaigns Serve as a project lead for client deliverables, overseeing outcomes and delegating responsibility among contributors. May act as a mentor or coach to junior team members, guiding them to produce high‑quality, visually compelling, and actionable deliverables. Support other administrative and client account management needs. Successful Candidates Would Have previous experience in corporate sustainability/ESG reporting and project management, or general management consulting with demonstrated interest in Sustainability issues. Understand and apply leading ESG reporting frameworks and standards, including ISSB‑aligned Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (AASB S1 & S2), and established frameworks such as TCFD and SASB. Have experience working with ESG ratings, rankings, and assessments, including benchmarks such as GRESB, S&P Global CSA, and CDP, as well as major ESG rating providers (e.g., ISS, MSCI, Sustainalytics) and relevant third‑party ESG data or software tools. Have a strong track record of working with and being responsive to high touch clients. Want to learn new concepts and industry best practices within a fast‑paced, high-performance consulting environment. Be comfortable overseeing and executing multiple projects and high-quality deliverables simultaneously with excellent time management skills and sense of prioritization. Be a team player with comfort shifting from high‑level execution to task‑level administration and coordination in service of team goals, without ego. Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Role Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of relevant professional experience Possess strong writing and editing abilities. Be able to communicate and give presentations effectively and professionally, ideally at an executive management level.
