On Offer: Salary up to $100k depending on experience & qualifications Remote area allowance for work in the Pilbara Superannuation plus salary packaging options Housing and vehicle support provided Work in a supportive, purpose‑driven team The Role: In this role, you’ll support young people aged 8‑14 and their families facing alcohol and drug challenges. You’ll conduct assessments, provide individual and group counselling, and manage cases with a harm‑reduction focus. Outreach to communities across the Pilbara is required, delivering culturally appropriate, trauma‑informed care. Collaboration with teams and external partners is key, alongside maintaining accurate records.
