Job Description As an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at Burson, you’ll play a hands‑on role in leading day‑to‑day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best. This role is based in our Waterloo branch and focuses on customer service, inventory, and team leadership.
