Occupational Therapist – Community / Aged Care – Shepparton, VIC We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive Ambulatory Aged Care team delivering community-based services to older adults in Shepparton. In this role, you will support clients to maintain independence and improve functional capacity through home and community-based assessments and therapy. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional and home safety assessments Develop individualised therapy plans Provide equipment prescription and home modification advice Support clients with daily living and rehabilitation goals Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team About You Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration Experience in community, aged care or rehabilitation (desirable) Strong communication and assessment skills Driver’s licence required Join a team focused on helping older adults live safely and independently in the community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
