In this role, you will manage telephone inquiries related to genetic tests, handle administrative tasks efficiently, and ensure specimen processing adheres to strict guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary level education in Science, strong computer skills, and a knack for detail, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
