Role Summary The RTO Manager is responsible for overseeing AICE, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality learning outcomes and driving targeted growth aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives. The role provides operational leadership to the team, ensuring effective delivery of training services and achievement of organisational goals. Reporting to the General Manager, the RTO Manager plays a key role in supporting performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of AICE’s operations. Responsibilities and Duties Lead and oversee RTO operations, including administration, compliance, and training delivery Manage, mentor, and develop teams to achieve KPIs, targets, and a positive culture Ensure compliance with RTO standards, training packages, funding contracts, and legislation Oversee reporting, budgets, audits, and regulatory requirements Drive quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives Support business growth through tenders, new revenue streams, and stakeholder engagement Ensure high‑quality service delivery, student support, and issue resolution Maintain compliant policies, procedures, and WHS practices Lead strategic projects aligned with organisational objectives This role is being hired on a permanent full‑time basis and is located out of our central office in West Perth! Skills, Attributes and Experience Proven experience in RTO operations, including compliance and regulatory requirements Strong leadership capability with experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams In‑depth knowledge of state and federal training funding and tender processes Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver outcomes Highly developed organisational, project management, and problem‑solving skills Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship‑building skills High‑level administrative and reporting capability Solutions‑focused, adaptable, with a commitment to continuous improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Management or related field (highly desirable) Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (TAE) (desirable) Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety and risk management practices Current (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle AICE is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
