What you'll contribute to As a People Performance Manager within our Settlements team, you will oversee the People and Performance aspects of a team within the Settlements and Pre-Verification functions. This role is accountable for managing workflow and resources to optimise productivity and achieve results in a fast-paced, high-output environment. The key focus is to foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture that prioritises quality, continuous improvement, retention of top talent, and the ongoing development of individuals within the team. Ideally you will work towards developing an employee orientated team culture to emphasise high performance, quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and employee development. You will leadership and guidance around the employee value proposition, ensuring the team of service professionals are equipped to drive operational performance within an agile environment. This role is centred on people management, aiming to sustain high levels of employee engagement, well-being, and development, while also ensuring the team delivers exceptional results in alignment with business objectives.
