The Opportunity An exciting opportunity now exists for a talented and experienced Wills & Estates lawyer to join this respected practice. Reporting to an accomplished senior practitioner, and supported by a mid-level lawyer, you’ll work on a high-quality mix of complex estate planning and estate administration matters for a loyal and growing client base. The role offers autonomy, challenge, and the chance to play a key role in a thriving practice, while being surrounded by genuinely great people. Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will bring around 10 years’ PAE and experience in: Advising on complex estate planning, including succession of trust structures and SMSFs Business succession planning Drafting wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, grant applications and letters of administration Managing estate administration from asset realisation through to distribution Delivering strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients Participating in business development activities to help grow the practice Advanced drafting skills, strong attention to detail, and commitment to managing matters end-to-end Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach Why Join?
